CommuniCare Health Centers is a full-service primary healthcare system with multiple locations serving Bexar, Kendall and Hays counties. Communicare Health Centers provide women of all ages with access to care and the information they need to make decisions regarding their own physical health.

​Hays Co.
Texas Home Visiting Program is a free service available in more than 40 counties in Texas. The program matches your family with a trained home visitor who comes to your home or a convenient location to strengthen support for all families.

Wesley Nurse
​Program
The Wesley Nurse Program ​assists individuals and communities in improving health and wellness through self-empowerment and access to healthcare resource information.

Little Lambs
​Diaper Bank
Little Lambs Diaper Bank provides two free packages of diapers per month to families with children ages 3 and under. They also offer parenting classes twice a month, where parents are able to receive diapers for attending.
Central Texas WIC ​
The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children, popularly known as WIC, is a nutrition program for pregnant, breastfeeding women and families with children younger than 5.
